This 4-star, newly-renovated Victorian boutique hotel perches above the small fishing port of Padstow – a harbour town famous for seafood, and that must rank as one of Cornwall’s most charismatic and atmospheric destinations. Recently renovated with stunning contemporary interiors, with postcard-perfect views of the Camel Estuary and Padstow Harbour, the hotel is an exceptional venue for any meeting or event.

For larger events and conferences, the hotel’s primary event space can host up to 80 guests. For smaller receptions, events and private dinners of up to 30 guests, our Boat Room is ideal.

For before and after your event, we can offer attendees discounted room rates for those wishing to stay, and a selection of great, locally-themed activities and experiences. There are fishing and pleasure boating trips, outstanding cycling along the Camel Valley Trail, and surfing at some of Europe’s best surf beaches (with surf schools), all close by. There are no less than seven excellent beaches close by.

Padstow is just 20 minutes’ drive from Newquay Airport or 1.5-hours drive from Exeter Airport. The nearest train station is Bodmin Parkway, about 40-minutes drive. Trains go from London Paddington direct to Bodmin. Limited on-site parking is available; otherwise, there is a public car park a few minutes’ walk away.
