Our Head Chef, Mike Corbin, is hugely talented and has a passion for combining fantastic local ingredients with superb flavours from around the world..
Originally from South Africa, he has previously worked at The Metropole as Commis Chef and also as Sous Chef, with a period of working in Wales in between. He is a firm supporter of local suppliers, who not only provide the best local produce but also means we can decrease our food miles.
Mike's menus will always feature locally-caught seafood, tender cuts of meat and the freshest seasonal vegetables.
