Mike Corbin is our new Head Chef and he takes the reins after the recent departure of Adam Warne. 
 
Adam left the hotel to accomplish his dream of running his own restaurant and Mike, previously our Sous Chef has stepped up to the hot plate!  Mike, who is originally from South Africa, previously worked at The Met in 2004, as Commis Chef.  He then left to take up jobs in Wales and at The Bedruthan Steps in Cornwall.  He obviously missed us because he returned in 2008!
